Information and purpose
We collect the business and contact details, sourcing requirements and consent you submit to review and respond to your inquiry. We use an abuse-prevention identifier to limit automated submissions.
Storage and access
Inquiry records are stored on the Hureta server and are accessible to authorized administrators. If a notification webhook is enabled, only the event type, inquiry reference and restricted admin link are sent; customer contact details and inquiry text remain in the management database. A form draft is retained in the current browser tab for up to 30 minutes to preserve entries during language changes; it is removed after a successful submission.
